Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using Linq Trading, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Linq Trading.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Linq Trading provides a software platform for futures traders that includes:

• Professional charting tools powered by TradingView
• Real-time market data display and visualization
• Position management and order execution interface
• Trade copying functionality between connected accounts
• Trading journal and performance analytics
• Integration with third-party brokers (such as Tradovate)

The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

The trade copier feature allows you to automatically replicate trades between your connected broker accounts. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Trade copying may result in losses in follower accounts
• Execution prices may differ between lead and follower accounts due to market conditions, latency, or other factors
• System delays, network issues, or broker limitations may prevent trades from being copied
• You are solely responsible for configuring and monitoring your copier settings
• Linq Trading is not liable for any losses resulting from trade copying

Linq Trading offers both free and paid subscription plans. For paid subscriptions:

• Billing occurs on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) based on your selected plan
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice for existing subscribers
• Refunds are provided at our discretion; generally, subscription fees are non-refundable
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period

Free trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the Service without our permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Circumvent any security measures or access controls

The Service and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and images) are owned by Linq Trading or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial trading purposes, subject to these Terms.

The Service integrates with third-party services including brokers (such as Tradovate), charting providers (TradingView), and payment processors (Stripe). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Linq Trading is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party services, and we are not liable for any losses arising from your use of such services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINQ TRADING AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Trading losses or lost profits
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Damages arising from service interruptions or errors
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Linq Trading and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
